    A very young couple, just starting out, shouldn't be incurring a huge amount of debt, but they are --

... not because of mundane stuff, but because of wanting to support the lives of their newborn twins.
      
      Delivered at 26 weeks AOG, the fragile babies can easily be managed in a first world country and avail of the many services and support offered. But they are in the island of Philippines where world-class care also means world-class cost.
